THE BIRDS ARE LOOKING FOR A MORE GENTLE LAND
After watching a few of the Sunday morning news shows The Birds, once again, found themselves sickened. They were last seen wandering looking for a more gentle land. Surely in this vast country they can find a place of peace.
"This Week With George Stephanopoulos" had Gov. Hayley Barbour on. I actually was surprised that they chose to have such a complete ass as a guest! And then they had Santorum. Is there a politician who does not flip flop? How can you one time stand beside and support someone who is supporting a woman's right to choose and then adamantly oppose it later? It's not just the republicans who do it, our glorious democrats do it too. Obama has flip flops in his closet too.
Transocean and Chevron are in hot oil in Brazil. Another oil spill! Small but they are being held accountable, actually they're band from leaving Brazil as it considers criminal charges again the two. Transocean hasn't finished cleaning up their last spill. On a trip to Brazilia in March of last year, Obama said America "could not be happier with the potential for a new, stable source of energy." "And when you're ready to start selling, we want to be one of your best customers," he said. Yippie, we found another source of oil to gorge ourselves on!!!
