It's down to the wire now. As best I can tell, the top three teams are in White Mountain now. Dallas in first with Aliy and Ramey behind him. There's only 77 miles from here to Nome. All mushers are required to layover 8 hours at the White Mountain checkpoint. The high today is 1º, winds NNE at 13mph with a windchill of -30ºF.
Someone will be basking in the glory of having finished first in the 2012 Iditarod!
