ACEO DAY 178 THE BIRDS ARE LOOKING FOR CONGRESS'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Senator Harry Reid commented on Sunday's "Meet The Press" saying, "We had the most productive Congress in the history of the country, just last Congress."  The Birds are looking for that productivity but seem to be coming up empty.
