In an attempt to not spend money, I'm sorting through old portfolios and boxes looking for unused paper and unfinished canvases. I found lots of pastel paper so I'm sure drawing will continue to pop up more often. I'm actually enjoying sketching again. I don't necessarily do sketches prior to starting a large piece but I do like to sketch. I go through phases.
