Another domino. Seven, a lucky number. The President recognized October as National Arts and Humanities Month. So in that spirit, since I am The Artist in this blog, I will dedicate this piece to our President and hope that it will bring luck to him. Any gift received at The White House is always kept and archived so by sending this piece to President Obama I will honestly be able to say that I have a piece of my artwork archived in the White House Collection. What will this one fact alone do to change the price of my artwork? Will these ACEO treasures jump from a mere $7.50 to a whopping $12.00? I'll also send him a link to the blog and invite his participation. I think each week a card should be sent to someone significant. I wonder if anyone will respond and who the first response will come from.
Today I'm going to Santa Monica to be with the The Psychology Professor and her clan. My thanks to The Leprechaun for staying at The Cave for me to keep my fur companion company. My fur companion loves The Leprechaun. Just like two children playing and getting into much mischief when my back is turned. So I will mail this card to The President on my return to The Cave. Should I send it in one of the little frames? It makes such a nice show.
