The Gnome and the air conditioner

My air conditioner went out today about one. It was a bit surprising how quickly the house heated up. As repair does not appear to be an option, a window unit will be purchased tomorrow. Meanwhile, my fur friend and I are miserable but determined to stick it out. About the time I'm thinking we can't make it, The Gnome calls and she and The Ornamental have cleaned up an old old unit sitting in her gnome storage hut! Shiner and I are so grateful to our humble friend. We love The Gnome.
