I've painted a lot of cherries. Some paintings have been pretty long and have as many as 12 cherries lined up. The Leprechaun (a friend of mine) pointed out one day that the stems were "talking" to each other. And he (The Leprechaun is a male) was actually right! They laugh some times, tell secrets about each other, some are sad and some are snobs! I've never been able to paint cherries since and not listen to the conversations taking place on my canvas. The Leprechaun has a very unique way of looking at things. He often inspires me.
This is the first story character of many yet to come that are part of my abnormal life that I call normal!
