WALMART, BRINGING YOU LOW PRICES THROUGH BRIBERY
This actually comes as no surprise to me. Many of those with the money think they are above the law. Walmart is certainly no exception. How could the heads of Walmart actually think that there was nothing wrong with bribing Mexican officials to get permits passed through ahead of time?
